The Pacific Ocean

Rolf Ridge used the theme of the Pacific Ocean for his first time as Toastmaster of the Day. As General Evaluator Carl Thormeyer pointed out, one wouldn't know it was the first time from the smooth way the meeting was organized and run. Congratulations Rolf!

Speaking of Carl, club president Art Testani honored Carl's achieving Advanced Communicator Gold by presenting him with the District Governor's pin to recognioze the achievement. Congratulations Carl!


Dennis Hickman was voted Best Table Topics Speaker:


Art Testani completed the speech requirements for Advanced Communicator Silver with the #5 speech from the Public Relations Manual, The Crisis Management Speech. He was voted Most Improved Speaker:


Art was evaluated by Cathy Lee, who was selected as the Best Evaluator:


Moyara Ruehsen gave the #1 speech from the advanced manual Speaking to Inform, and was voted Best Speaker
