What Does Toastmasters Mean To You?

Angi Anderson led another awesome Toastmasters meeting as TMOD, weaving in several of our newest members as functionaries! The room was again packed with 21 members and six guests, including Area Governor Ralph Villar.


The group of 27 was treated to another world-class icebreaker, this time by new member David Perez, who won "Best Speaker". Leena Oh broke through the "4th wall" with her #5 speech, and Rosetta Ishag won "Most Improved" with her #6 speech. All three speeches are replicated below.


Another new member, Kate Daniels-Kurz, won "Best Table Topics", while Joyce Laker was chosen "Best Evaluator" by General Evaluator Chance Litton, whose own evaluation was one of the funniest general evaluations ever! All three efforts are shown below.
